To support the growth, we are now looking for a Quality Director who’s not only strategic and experienced, but also pragmatic, innovative, and eager to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow our quality team while fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set the vision and strategy for quality across DelSiTech and make sure we’re always ahead of the curve on compliance, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with the organization to make quality an integral part of everything we do.
  • Build and oversee a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with GxP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  • Act as the go-to authority on quality, advising our leadership team on risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and inspire a proactive quality culture across the company.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate daily with colleagues in process development, formulation, analytics, and project teams, as well as external GMP partners. Inside the company, you’ll report to the COO while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship to our CEO for quality matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of quality management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, manufacturing).
  • Strong track record with QMS, compliance programs, and regulatory inspections.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Deep understanding of GxP and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence across all levels.
