We are a growing company on an exciting journey — and we’re looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our team in a permanent role.

In this position, you’ll play a key part in setting up our pilot laboratory and developing aseptic manufacturing processes for early-phase clinical studies. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions in pharmaceutical production.

What You’ll Do

As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Helping to set up and commission the pilot laboratory, including equipment selection, installation and qualification
  • Designing, developing, and optimizing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Collaborating closely with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams on cross-functional development projects
  • Supporting the scale-up and transfer of manufacturing processes from laboratory to production scale
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to problem-solving initiatives
  • Preparing and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation including URSs and SOPs

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • A degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or another relevant technical field
  • Experience in pharmaceutical process development, ideally in a GMP environment
  • Demonstrated experience with laboratory and/or pilot-scale equipment
  • Preferable experience in process scale-up and technology transfer
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field

  • Fluent written and spoken English and preferably also Finnish
