The company operates in the development and licensing of long-term controlled drug delivery implant, subcutaneous or intramuscular formulations.

The unique controlled release DelSiTech™ technology based on amorphous silica is flexible and applicable for synthetic small molecules but especially for labile biopharmaceuticals and for the preservation and controlled delivery of viruses.

The proprietary drug delivery technology owned by DelSiTech has been developed by the university-based Turku Biomaterial Research Group and the key scientists are also shareholders in DelSiTech.
